The challenge
Payout approvals happened over email and a shared inbox. Approvers travelled, so payments waited days. Reconciliation was a monthly spreadsheet exercise with no reliable record of who approved what.
Our approach
We designed a phone-first approval flow with hard guarantees: every state change is signed, immutable and reconcilable. Offline queueing means an approver on a plane still moves the queue when they land.
