Concord
Blind negotiation and sealed-bid auctions on-chain.
A Solidity protocol for private negotiation and sealed-bid auction workflows, designed to separate commitment from reveal and make settlement rules auditable.
Vision
The premise behind Concord.
Digital negotiation should preserve strategic privacy before settlement while leaving a clear, verifiable outcome afterward. Concord explores that balance through commitment-based market mechanisms.
- Commit-and-reveal flow for sealed participant intent
- Auditable settlement logic expressed as smart contracts
- Clear lifecycle boundaries for bidding and resolution
- A focused protocol surface for negotiation experiments
Private before resolution
Participants commit to an offer without immediately exposing its contents. A later reveal phase allows the protocol to verify the original commitment and resolve the negotiation fairly.
- Sealed participant intent
- Deterministic phase transitions
- Verifiable reveals
Rules that can be inspected
The auction lifecycle and settlement conditions live in Solidity, making the mechanism explicit and reviewable rather than dependent on an opaque intermediary.
- On-chain settlement
- Auditable contract rules
- Composable protocol foundation
